CVBIA 401(k) Program – CVBIA has partnered with Oceanside Financial Strategies to offer an association-endorsed 401(k) plan designed to help member companies attract and retain employees in a cost-effective and easy-to-manage way. NPP Member Discounts – CVBIA members receive free access to NPP, a business savings program offering exclusive discounts on products and services from nationally recognized brands.
State Benefits – HBAV
HBAV members can take advantage of rebate programs for products they already use. In 2025, the average participating builder/remodeler company received $1,765.34 in rebates.
National Benefits – NAHB

Events & Networking Opportunities
CVBIA hosts a variety of signature events throughout the year that provide opportunities to network, promote your business, and stay connected within the industry. Many events also offer sponsorship opportunities to increase your company’s visibility.
Signature Events Include:
- Mid-Atlantic Home & Outdoor Living Show – Held at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, this two-day consumer show attracts more than 10,000 prospective buyers and offers excellent exhibitor exposure.
- CVBIA Mini-Golf Tournament – Enjoy friendly competition and networking with fellow industry professionals in a fun, casual setting.
- Spring Industry Forecast – Hear the latest market trends and industry insights from a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) expert.
- Kick Off the Summer Party: Sand & Sawdust – A summer networking event featuring coastal vibes, live music, food, drinks, and opportunities to showcase your business.
